Houston-based PROS Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PRO) has appointed a former Chevron executive to its board of directors.
Leland “Lee” T. Jourdan was elected as an independent director effective immediately, with an initial term expiring in 2024, PROS said in a June 1 filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
