Houston-based global technology firm Pros Holdings Inc. (NYSE: PRO) acquired French travel tech firm Travelaer SAS.
Pros acquired Travelaer, based near Nice, France, in a deal valued at approximately $12 million, according to an Aug. 26 press release. The transaction was an all-cash deal, a Pros spokesperson said. The acquisition boosts Pros’ airline retail-focused portfolio, which aims to “transform the traveler’s digital experience” across retail channels, per the release.
