Dans l'ensemble, 58% des compagnies a\u00e9riennes interrog\u00e9es ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des d\u00e9partements enti\u00e8rement nouveaux autour des efforts num\u00e9riques, tandis que 65% des r\u00e9pondants signalent la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux r\u00f4les au sein du commerce, de la distribution, de la gestion des revenus et de l'informatique.<\/p>\n<p>Quel que soit le type ou la taille du transporteur, l'innovation technologique et l'exp\u00e9rience des passagers sont les principales priorit\u00e9s des compagnies a\u00e9riennes selon l'enqu\u00eate. Il existe des diff\u00e9rences dans la mani\u00e8re dont ces priorit\u00e9s sont abord\u00e9es lorsque les donn\u00e9es sont ventil\u00e9es par taille de compagnie a\u00e9rienne.
