SAN FRANCISCO - 9. Dezember 2025<\/strong> - Thoma Bravo, ein f\u00fchrendes Software-Investmentunternehmen, gab heute den Abschluss der \u00dcbernahme von PROS Holdings, Inc. (\u201cPROS\u201d), einem f\u00fchrenden Anbieter von KI-gest\u00fctzten SaaS-L\u00f6sungen f\u00fcr Preisgestaltung und Verkauf, bekannt. Der Wert von PROS bel\u00e4uft sich auf rund $1,4 Milliarden.<\/p>\n

Nach Abschluss der Transaktion erhalten die Aktion\u00e4re von PROS $23,25 pro Aktie in bar f\u00fcr jede Stammaktie, die sie besitzen. Die Stammaktien des Unternehmens wurden aus dem Handel genommen und werden von der NYSE genommen. <\/p>\n
